How long does The Sort take per person?
Less than 5 minutes. That's short enough that every team member will actually complete it, which is half the battle with team tools.
How is this different from DISC, MBTI, or StrengthsFinder?
Those tools measure how people behave or what they're good at. knuble measures what makes people feel like they matter, which is the deeper driver behind behavior, engagement, and retention. With nearly 400 million possible outcomes, the results are specific enough to be genuinely actionable.
What do we get as a team?
Each team member gets their individual Archetype results. Leaders get a team composition view showing the distribution of Archetypes, where strengths are concentrated, where gaps exist, and which team dynamics to watch for.
Are individual results shared with management?
Individual detailed results belong to each person. Leaders see team-level composition data, not individual answers. Team members can choose to share their Archetype with the group, which most people do willingly because they're proud of their results.
What does pricing look like?
